Recap:
The times we are living in point to one thing: Jesus is coming back soon. This weekend, we were blessed by the ministry of Billye Brim, who walked us through God’s calendar. She talked about the appointed days and seasons that God has planned and stirred our expectations for Jesus’ soon return. We are in the church age or you could say the end of days, and just entered a “shemittah” year of rest. These years of rest come every seven years. God always works on planned dates on His calendar! It’s exciting to think about what it is to come!
Dive Deeper:
God gave Adam a six-day work week. Each day follows the Scripture that a thousand years is as a day and a day is as a thousand years. This past weekend, Billye Brim showed us what Adam’s work week looks like. During his work week, Adam handed dominion over to the enemy. Satan’s lease on this earth will stop at the end of the prophesied work week!
Each day of this work week is as a thousand years. The first two days equal the first two thousand years, and these were years of chaos because everyone did what was right in their own eyes. After these days were up, the Torah was given. The next two thousand years were the days of Torah. Then, Messiah came! He brought humanity into the last set of two thousand years: the end of days. You could also call this time the church age. This is where we are now! We are the body of the Messiah here on earth.
These six thousand years will end with the Tribulation, which will be a period of seven years. It’s followed by Sabbath. The Sabbath is the last thousand years of Adam’s work week and the time when Jesus will reign on this earth and the devil will be locked away!
This is just a glimpse of all the information that Billye shared during her message. Listen to her full message for more details!

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts. Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord’s passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: and he shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the Lord. And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the Lord for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.
And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the Lord.

And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.
