CoVid-19 Safety Details
Extra space is available!
We still have room for you! In the event our main theatre reaches the CoVid-19 capacity we now stream our service to an overflow theatre. This way you and your family can experience everything that our Northwest campus has to offer and stay comfortably and socially distanced if you’d like. We’ll even make sure there is hot coffee in the theatre just for you! As always, our main service experience takes place in Theatre 9.
Kid’s Ministry is Open for Birth—Grade 5!
PARENTS! All Kid’s Ministry rooms are currently open for Birth-Grade 5! Hand sanitizer is available as well. Masks will not be required of this age. As a reminder, we are asking adults to wear masks while in our common areas and if possible, during our services as well.
Things to know before arriving:
Check-in begins at 10:45 a.m. A volunteer will assist each family to maintain a touch-free check-in process. One parent may accompany their child into the kid’s theatre for drop-off.
Social-Distancing During Service
Siblings can be seated together. Other families will be seated two seats apart to allow for social distancing. Activities and lessons will be engaging and fun, but will also maintain a six feet distance.
Parents will remain in the hallway outside of the kids theatre. Each child will be sent out to meet their parent in this area for check-out. Please stand on the marked spaces in the hall while you wait for your child.
Face Covering Mandate
Gov. Tim Walz announced a statewide mandate requiring Minnesotans to wear face masks in stores, public buildings, and other places where people gather indoors. Due to the fact we rent our space from the Rogers 18 Theatre, this mandate will require some changes at Living Word Northwest. In an effort to honor our partnership with them, we will be adhering to their mask policy:
- Masks are NOT required in kids auditoriums.
- Masks ARE required in common areas such as lobbies, walkways, and restrooms.
- Masks will continue to be available at the main entrance.
We will also continue with the procedures outlined below:
Northwest Campus Plan:
Some areas in the theater will be open and some will be closed.
We’ll be going the extra mile to ensure everything is clean.
We won’t be hugging or handshaking and will remain six feet apart.
For the safety of our guests, masks are required in all transit areas of the theatre but they are not required in the auditoriums.
