Mark Hankins | October 17, 2021

Recap:
What a weekend we had with guest minister Mark Hankins! We sang, we listened, and we learned about the power of the blood of Jesus. The precious blood of Jesus protects, redeems, and heals us in our body, soul, and spirit. We are redeemed through the blood—and we can take that truth by faith! We are restored unto fellowship with God. So never give up on yourself. God is on your side and in covenant with you. Plead the blood of Jesus over your family and know the power available through Jesus’ blood.

Dive Deeper:
We have been redeemed to a new way of living because of the precious blood of Jesus. The more we remember this truth, the more it will become a reality in our hearts, and the more we will proclaim in our lives.

There is power in our blood covenant with God Almighty. In fact, instead of saying that we are praying, guest minister Mark Hankins reminded us that we can say, “I am meeting with God. He is extremely powerful, knows everything, and really likes me a lot!” We can pray and meet with God because of the blood of Jesus.

Our job is to apply the blood. We can take the covenant that God has given us and apply the blood of Jesus over our life and our family’s lives. In the Old Testament, the blood of Jesus was applied to the mercy seat. Today, the mercy seat is anywhere the blood of Jesus is applied! God communes with us at the mercy seat.

Remember, God lives in constant view of the blood of Jesus. Have faith in the fact that the blood of Jesus protects, delivers, heals, and restores us to our Heavenly Father. Rest your case on the powerful, wonderful, precious blood of Jesus.

Hebrews 13:20-21 KJV
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Hebrews 10:22 KJV
Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

1 Peter 1:2 KJV
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Psalm 89:28-36 KJV
My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven. If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments; if they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.

Romans 3:25 KJV
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Romans 3:25 Amp.
Whom God put forward [before the eyes of all] as a mercy seat and propitiation by His blood [the cleansing and life-giving sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation, to be received] through faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in His divine forbearance He had passed over and ignored former sins without punishment.

Discussion Questions:
1. How does the sacrifice of Jesus pave the way for us to meet with God?
2. Why is Jesus’ blood so powerful?
3. How does speaking about Jesus’ blood remind us of its power?
4. What does pleading the blood of Jesus do to the works of the enemy?

The Prophetic Cycle of Chaos | Lance Wallnau

This past weekend, our very special guest speaker was Lance Wallnau. Brother Lance opened his message by ominously saying: “Something is happening in the United States where the church is reaching a tipping point in its influence in the spiritual atmosphere. And the country’s starting to shake out of something it’s been under and it’s coming to freedom. Our unity is an accelerator. I’m going to be talking a little bit about divine convergence when you’re walking into the timing of God.”

The Vision Imperative | Mac Hammond

Pastor Mac entitled his new series, “The Vision Imperative.” He based his message on Proverbs 29:18: “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” This is a cut-and-dried statement of scripture. There are no “ands, ifs, or buts” about it. Pastor Mac said, “You can pray to God all you want, but if you have no vision, you will perish.” This series will focus specifically on God’s vision and plan for us individually and personally!

The Gift of Righteousness or System of Truth | Mark Hankins

Mark Hankins, delivered a message entitled, “The Gift of Righteousness or System of Truth.” He explained that everywhere the Apostle Paul preached and in all of his letters to the churches, Paul consistently taught a “form of doctrine.” The Weymouth translation called it a “system of truth.” This system of truth was designed to create champions, those who would reign in life like a king!

Bringing Your Flow to the Corporate Anointing | James Tan

we were blessed to have as our special guest minister, Dr. James Tan. He used Hebrews 5:14 as his text: “But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” He cautioned that there were far too many believers who have never grown up and are still drinking milk when they should be eating solid food. A mature believer is someone who is able to discern the manifestations of Holy Spirit and the anointing. Dr. James went on to teach that there are primarily three manifestations of the anointing.

Thy Kingdom Come, #4 | Mac Hammond

Pastor Mac was back this past weekend! He continued his series, “Thy Kingdom Come.” His text was out of Hebrews 12:26, “Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.” He reminded us that things are going to get shaken… not only on earth but in the unseen realm in the heavenlies! How you respond to the shaking will determine your quality of life. You’ll either be removed or transformed. Which one will be your future?
