Mother's Day Nomination

Moms are superheroes every day, but during this time, they’ve also taken on roles like a math teacher, all day-chef, home-improvement specialist, etc. Why not do a little something for them in return? Take five minutes to nominate a mom in the Greater Twin Cities area to win one of five prizes to be delivered in person from our Living Word Church Family!

Fill out the form below and tell us why you think this special mom in your life deserves to win (please, only one entry person). Nominations close at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, May 6. Five winners will be selected in a random drawing and contacted via phone or email on Friday, May 8. Prizes will be arranged to be delivered in person on Saturday, May 9.
