2020 Backpack Drive Registration
Fill out the form for each child.
Backpack distribution will be held in the main lobby on Sunday, August 30 between 10–11 a.m. (after first service and before second service).
Please note: You must bring ID for yourself and each child for whom you will receive a backpack. These may include a driver’s license, school or medical ID, social security card, insurance card, or birth certificates.
