Recap:
What a wonderful Easter weekend we had celebrating the resurrection of our Savior! As Pastor Mac preached about, Jesus’ resurrection is truly the basis for our faith, for it changes everything. You and I don’t have to be consigned to a life of our own effort. Jesus’ resurrection has given us the power to rise above the darkness and need that is so evident in a world without God. All we need to do is get to know Jesus. The more we know Jesus, the more He can reveal His power to us. The more we have a revelation of His power at work within us, the more we will come to expect His power to work in our lives!

Dive Deeper:
God will take care of you to the degree that you let Him. How, then, do you let Him take care of you? It is determined by the level of revelation you have about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. That glorious moment of victory of life over death is the gateway for you to have an improved quality of life here on this earth.

Jesus’ resurrection produces access to a power source that is supernatural. It’s the same power source that created the universe! What do you expect God’s power to do in your life? You see, when you accept Jesus into your life as Lord and Savior, your DNA changes. Your DNA on a spiritual level makes you someone who bridges the impossible.

Every hard place you come to can be overcome through the power of the resurrection! So how do you learn more about the resurrection? First, spend time with Him. It’s when Jesus called Mary Magdalene by name after His resurrection that her eyes were opened to know Him more. Second, spend time in His word. As revelation comes, peace will come in your life!

Jesus’ resurrection is our power source, and the more you know Jesus, the more you’ll have a revelation of His power and love available to you!

For many people, the first point of deception Satan uses against them is the lie that he doesn’t even exist! Most people don’t have any trouble believing in a God. They look at creation and know that all its magnificence and complexities could not have happened by random chance. But Satan? The guy with horns and a pitchfork… how can you take that guy seriously? However, not believing in his existence is the very thing that will allow him to “eat your lunch.”

Because Satan is already a defeated foe. The only way Satan can defeat you is to get you to believe something other than the truth. The enemy will make it his goal to deceive you into believing God’s will for you is anything other than life and blessing. In the end, you decide your life’s destiny based on your own decisions. Are you making decisions for life and blessing? Or death and cursing?
