Designed to teach timeless principles, you will learn how He calls us to be good stewards of the resources He has given us.
The four-week course covers the following topics:
Week 1: Creating a Financial Plan
You will clearly understand your finances through budgeting, savings goals, and charitable giving. In addition, you will receive tools and practical advice on how to structure your finances. This plan is the foundation for an abundant life.
Week 2: Protecting Your Family and Wealth
Learn how to mitigate financial risk to your family responsibly. Understand why wills are necessary and how beneficiaries work. Then, we will provide you with clear next steps to create safety and security for your wealth and loved ones.
Week 3: Investments and Retirement Planning
Do more with your money now. Explore different investment strategies and maximize returns. We will discuss employer match programs, IRAs, 401Ks, and alternative investments.
Week 4: Estate Planning and Legacy Planning
You can’t take your wealth with you to heaven. Create a plan to use your wealth for Christ’s kingdom beyond your life. During this session, you will learn how estates work, and we will show you ways to plan your impact on others well beyond your life.

Through every experience, you will deepen your knowledge of financial literacy, enabling you to effectively manage your finances, reduce debt, create strategies for savings, and create healthy, consistent rhythms of generosity to Living Word.

Along the way, you will hear stories of how financial stewardship leads to incredible kingdom impact. You will listen to how the generosity of people at Living Word has created opportunities for the Holy Spirit to move in our church and community. You will learn to become intentional with giving as good stewards of Christ’s mission.
