This Christmas, Let Your Dreams Be Stirred

Lynne and I are so thankful for your connection to Living Word, and we appreciate you so much. God has big things in store for you and your family as we begin to celebrate Christmas and welcome in the New Year.

When God placed a dream in Mary’s heart that she was going to bear a Savior, He modeled for us the process we will walk through in our lives as we wait for our dreams to become reality. Mary willingly believed the angel of the Lord and replied, “Be it unto me according to your word.” When we reply with this same commitment to the Lord’s direction in our lives, we pave the way for Him to make our dreams become a reality.

I expounded on this important message this past weekend. However, if the below zero temperatures kept you at home, I encourage you to watch it here. I believe it will encourage you and stir the dreams God has placed in your heart. While you’re there, you can also give your tithes and offerings, just as you would have done during service. You can also give via text or mail your gift to our church offices.

Also, please note that our service schedule is different this weekend. We will have three Christmas Eve candlelight and communion services this Saturday, December 24 at 2, 4, and 6 p.m. These are short, one-hour services for the entire family. We will not have a service on Sunday, Christmas Day. The following weekend, we will have our normally scheduled services for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. My son, Pastor Jim, will be ministering. It will be a great way to ring in the New Year!

Lynne and I agree with you for an amazing start to 2017. Have a blessed week and a very Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,

Pastors Mac & Lynne Hammond
