Living Free Recovery Services is an outpatient chemical dependency treatment facility licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services offering service to adults since 1993 and adolescents since 1999. The ultimate goal of LFRS is to enhance the spiritual, emotional, psychological, social and physical wellness of each individual and family.
We are located in Brooklyn Park, a northwestern suburb of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities area, and are affiliated with Living Word Christian Center pastored by Mac and Lynne Hammond. Principles from the Word of God are the foundation of the recovery program, combined with Christian values and practical living skills that promote long-term sobriety. We believe that every area of an individual's life is directly affected by the quality of his or her spiritual life.
Our programs include: adult and adolescent assessments, adult outpatient, relapse, and intensive-day treatment. We also offer residential living and support groups. All of our counselors are professionally trained in the field of chemical dependency, are born-again and Spirit-filled. We care because we've been there and Jesus set us free!
