What is Angel Food?
Angel Food is a non-profit, non-denominational food program dedicated to providing monthly food assistance to 500,000 families in 35 states across America.

Every month Angel Food provides boxes of high quality, cost effective food items at over half off grocery store prices. Each unit contains enough food to assist in feeding a family of four for about one week, or a single senior for almost a month.

Who is Angel Food for?
Angel Food is open to everyone. There are no applications or pre-qualifiers to participation and no limit to the number of food boxes an individual or family can purchase.

How much does Angel Food cost?
Each month Angel Food distributes a menu of high quality food items worth over $60 for the low price of $30. Your order must be paid in full when you place your order. (Cash, credit card, money order or food stamps are accepted. No checks please.)

Additional monthly specials may also be purchased; however, a Regular Box or a Senior Box must also be purchased.

How can you be involved?

SENIOR/CONVENIENCE BOX $28.00 For Seniors or People on the Go! Ten perfectly seasoned, nutritionally balanced, fully cooked meals—just heat and serve. Each meal has been developed with the dietary needs of senior citizens in mind, and contains 3 oz. of protein, a starch & two vegetables or fruit.
Sweet 'n Sour Chicken Slow-Cooked Chicken Chunks served in a Sweet 'n Sour Sauce over Steamed Rice. Steamed Broccoli with Mushroom Pieces accompanied by Wax Beans.	Chicken Ala King Luscious Chicken in traditional Ala King-Style Sauce, served over Rice, with Seasoned Green Beans and Sliced Beets.
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Spaghetti Noodles served with a Rich Traditional Italian Meat Sauce, Seasoned Italian Green Beans, Diced Pears and an Oatmeal Cookie.	Beef Cabbage Casserole Seasoned Ground Beef interlaced with delicious Cabbage Leaves, served with Creamed Potatoes and Green Peas with Carrots.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders must be picked up on distribution day between 10 a.m. and noon at Living Word Christian Center at 9201 75th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park (located two blocks south of Hennepin Technical College.) Click here for a map.

Orders cannot be held and there are no refunds once an order is placed.

Any unclaimed food boxes will be donated to families in need.
