The LWCC Webstream is always re-buffering:

In streaming audio or video, buffering refers to bringing in an initial amount of media data (filling the buffer) before the data is actually displayed or played through the Windows Media Player. Re-buffering is basically a repeat of this process. Re-buffering will occur until there is enough data stored in the buffers to compensate for momentary delays in transmission from the media source.

To help improve or eliminate the re-buffering process, you can change a setting within the Windows Media Player.

- When the player is playing, right click anywhere in the black Windows Media Player window and click on the options menu item from the pop-up window.

- Click on the Advanced tab and you will see an advanced options dialog box. Highlight the Streaming Media (Windows Media) selection and click on the change button.

- You will now see an Advanced playback settings window. There is a section near the top called Buffering. Change the buffer selection to 30 seconds as a start. This means that the station will take an extra 30 seconds to start, but it should reduce the buffering problem.

If you want, you can always increase this setting as your needs change. When finished setting the buffer size, click on the OK button to return to the options dialog box. Click OK again to return to the player. You may have to re-start the player to use the new settings.
